FROM THE MOMENT YOU ENTER THIS AMAZING PROPERTY, AND YOU FEEL YOU ARE HOME, YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS, AND PERFECT STAFF, THE CLEANEST HOTEL I STAYED IN THIS LAST TWO YERS.!!! THE RESTAURANT STAFF, AND THE FOOD THROUGHOUT THE DAY IS 7 STARS.!!! FROM A TO Z, THIS HOTEL IS AN EXEMPLE HOW HOTEL SHOULD BE.!!!!! WELL... WELL... WELL... DONE NOVOTEL RAYONG.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I USUALY TRAIN STAFF OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HOTELS AND RESORTS FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS, BUT NOVOTEL HOTEL WITH THE BOOK OF PERFECT RAINING.!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast good plenty of choice Swimming pool was lovely we visited during the week days so had it to ourselves Staff friendly helpful It is not in a tourist area but we had been in Pattaya so nice short break and quick taxi ride to some lovely restaurants where locals eat

Hotel was great. Bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in whilst in a hotel. Pillows were also the best. The bathroom facilities were top class and the toiletries provided smelt heavenly. Hotel staff were amazing. Great pool and free on site parking

The breakfast was exceptional, vast and various, with asian & western food. Delicious food at the restaurant as well ! The building is new with a modern decoration in the room, very cosy & comfy . Gym & nice pool outside The staff was kind and attentive to our requests.

Great, rather new, hotel in Rayong with a nice swimming pool. Next to a fresh market and restaurants nearby. Lotus and Central Rayong also nearby. Very nice rooms with great beds and lots of amenities.

Clean, modern facilities. Very friendly and attentive staff. Quiet and relaxed. The breakfast buffet is extensive, so many options and different cuisines!
